Basic Scuba
We can get you diving better than anyone
East Coast's scuba programs are designed to get people scuba diving. We have multiple programs and packages designed to give you the best training experience possible.
It is important to understand that scuba diving is an equipment intensive sport. If you want to be able to breathe, see, move, float, stay warm, and stay safe then familiar, well maintained, high quality scuba equipment along with complete and caring training is the only answer. Our goal here at East Coast is to create divers and not just issue certification cards.
Come into the store and any one of our experienced and knowledgable staff will work with you to get you the training and equipment you need to experience the Coral covered walls of the carribean, wrecks of the south pacific and volcanic islands and caves of Hawaii.
Learn to Scuba
The basic scuba diving program is our most popular. At the end of this program you get your scuba certification to dive anywhere around the world. It consists of 3 parts. There is a pool, classroom, and openwater section. We bundle the pool and classroom together in either our Flex or Weekend program. The open water dives can then be done either with us during the spring, summer or fall, or at any other dive center around the world.
Private Lessons
For some people specialized attention is required or our other schedules don't fit your time frame. For these people a private course is the way to go. You will get personalized instruction for you or your group. The timing is all based around you and your needs.
Try Scuba
Our try scuba program will let you get into the shallow end of the pool in full scuba gear for one night. Some people don't know if this is going to be the sport for them. So come on in and try it out. We provide the use of all the necessary gear so you don't need any more than a bathing suit and a towel.
