60 Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return/exchange policy for any unused goods still in their original packaging. The Items shipped back should look new and have ALL original packaging, stickers, etc. If this is the case and the return is marked within 60 days of the original purchase you will receive a full refund. The funds may take from 5 – 7 business days to process and will only be started once we confirm the contents of the package and issue the refund.

Training Programs

Once you have signed up for a course, we’re reserving a spot in that course for you and excluding others from joining the course. Because we have limited space in each course we are not able to issue refunds for training cancelations. Training courses are fully transferable to another person. The new enrollee must pay for course materials ($100) and meet all prerequisites for the course.

If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before the start date, we can offer a reschedule of the course to a later date, with a 25% of the course cost rebooking fee to be paid upon registering for new course dates. Course credits are valid for up to 2 years from the date of cancellation. Courses cancelled less than 30 days before the course start date are not eligible for refunds or rebooking.

Rental Gear

If you decide to cancel rental gear you must do so at least 2 days prior to the set pickup date in order to receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel Rental gear with less than 48-hour notice you will be liable for the full cost of the rental. If instead of canceling the gear you wish to move the rental to another date this can be done up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. You will only be able to move the gear once before forfeiting the rental.

Return Shipping

The consumer will be responsible for any shipping costs for returns. Before shipping please contact East Coast Divers for return authorization.

Shipping Errors

If the return is a result of our mistake please make sure to mark it as such. Any returns or exchanges that are due to our error ie. we send the wrong size/color or the gear arrives damaged we will make sure to take care of it. Once you have contacted us we’ll make and email you a shipping label on our dime. Please note that we do require a picture of the gear before we will be able to send a shipping label for the return.
