Our team has the diving and travel experience to choose the best locations for every diving level and every type of traveler. We offer domestic long weekend trips to explore the waters closer to home, as well as a variety of international trips. We choose high-quality dive shops and resorts to ensure our customers have the best experience possible.

Experienced Trip Leaders

Each trip has at least one trip leader to coordinate all the details before and during your trip, so you’re free to relax and enjoy your vacation. Trip leaders are liaisons with the resort and dive shop and coordinate group activities, which travelers are invited to join in, or may choose to relax with a mojito on the beach instead…..do as much or as little as you want on our trips, it’s your vacation!

Trip Reservations and Payments

Trip spots can be reserved by signing up online, calling the shop, or registering in person at the shop. A reservation is not confirmed until the full required deposit has been received.

All payments made toward an East Coast Divers travel event, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable.

Payments may be transferred to another person who is not already registered for the trip, as long as all required payments have been made and no non-transferable vendor charges or change fees apply. To guarantee a transfer, the replacement traveler’s information must be provided at the time of cancellation.

If a reservation is not paid in full at least 60 days before the trip start date, the booking will be forfeited and the space will be released for resale.

Diving insurance (DAN, Dive Assure or similar) is required for all divers participating in an ECD trip. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance.

Payment schedules:

Trips with cost of less than $1000:

50% deposit to book a trip spot
Full balance due 90 days before the trip start date

Land based trips over $1000:

$500 deposit per spot to book
50% of trip cost due 180 days before the trip start date
Full balance due 90 days before the trip start date

Liveaboard trips:

$1000 deposit per spot booked
$1000 payment due 12 months prior to trip start date
50% of the trip cost due 180 days before the trip start date
Full balance due 90 days before the trip start date

We reserve the right to adjust payment schedules for higher-priced land-based trips, and any changes to the above will be noted in the trip booking description on our website.
