Getting it to us

Shipping only for now. Until our new location opens, we're accepting service items by shipping only, and we ship everything back the same way. Drop-off and pick-up will return when the new shop is open. Gear ships to 105 Nehoiden St, Needham, MA 02492 (not the Brookline address in our website footer); the full instructions and a label come with your confirmation.

Return shipping is free, always. You pay to get the gear to us; we cover the cost of getting it back to you, to any US address. No minimum, no catch.

Do you need it back by a certain date

A trip, a class, a dive weekend. We'll tell you right away if we can't make it.

Wrist and hand-held computers. Console computers are covered with their regulator set.

Regulators. A performance check is a full test and tune on the bench. An overhaul is a complete rebuild of the stage with a new service kit. For each set, tick every part that is in the box and give us its make, model and serial so we can match the gear to your request.

BCDs and wings. A rinse and check cleans the bladder, tests the inflator and dumps, and leak-checks it. A rebuild adds new inflator and dump-valve service kits.

What happens next

Hit Send. You'll get a confirmation email with your request number and a shipping label (our address in the TO box, yours in the FROM box). The label is not prepaid; add postage at the counter.
Print the label and tape it to the box. Put a copy of the confirmation inside with the gear.
Ship it to East Coast Divers, Attn: Service, 105 Nehoiden St, Needham, MA 02492. Any carrier is fine. Please do not ship to the Brookline address in our website footer; that is our storefront, not the service address.
We email you when it arrives, when the quote is ready, and when it's done, with a short video of the final check. Return shipping to any US address is on us.
